Gather with us and explore the art of clothes repair and mending. Whether it’s patching a favorite pair of jeans or creatively restoring a button-down shirt, repair and mending disrupts capitalism’s cycle of continuous production and overconsumption by extending the life of your clothes. No prior experience is needed—just bring 2 to 3 garments to mend and a willingness to rehearse new ways of being together.
This Social Making Thursday will run on 3 Thursdays from 6-9 pm starting May 8, 2025 until May 22, 2025.
